The Uitgeschakeld side is about the Hwasong-15, an intercontinental ballistic missile that North Korea tested in late 2017 and which demonstrated the country's capacity to hit any place in the USA or Europe - therefore giving it ICBM capability, something the entire international community always saw as a red line & against which experts warned for years. The source material for the wall consists entirely of sound recordings of the launch of the Hwasong-15

Condo Horro's track is about the Ryugyong Hotel, a hotel in Pyongyang for which construction began in 1987 but which was never finished. It now stands unfinished in the city, yet is the tallest building in Pyongyang.
